Terms of Use

By accessing or using RequestLoops, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including account holders and recipients who submit data through the platform.

RequestLoops is a document and data collection platform that allows professionals to create requests, collect files, signatures, and structured data from recipients. Features include automated email and SMS reminders, real-time tracking, AI-assisted form building, cloud storage sync, and recurring request scheduling.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to act on behalf of any organization you associate with your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. RequestLoops uses OAuth authentication through Google and Microsoft — we do not store passwords.

RequestLoops offers paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Business) with a 7-day free trial and monthly or yearly billing. Prices are displayed on the pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

You agree not to:

• Use RequestLoops for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Collect data from recipients without their knowledge or proper legal basis
• Upload malicious files or content
• Attempt to access other users' data or bypass security measures
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to interact with the service
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
• Send spam, phishing, or misleading communications through the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

RequestLoops and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Cyril Boyer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data and content you upload or create through the platform.

By using RequestLoops, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Account holders are responsible for ensuring they have a lawful basis to collect data from recipients. RequestLoops acts as a data processor on behalf of account holders for recipient data.

Account holders must not use RequestLoops to collect sensitive personal data (such as health records, biometric data, or data revealing racial or ethnic origin) without appropriate legal safeguards and recipient consent.

RequestLoops integrates with third-party services including Google (authentication, Google Drive), Microsoft (authentication, OneDrive), and Stripe (payments). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RequestLoops and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with notice where practicable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, South Korea.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you retain the benefit of any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the application or email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of RequestLoops after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
