About RequestLoops
RequestLoops was started after years of watching firms lose evenings chasing missing client documents over email. The product replaces that chase with a request, a portal and reminders that keep going until the file arrives.
What we work on
We build the document-collection tool we wish we had when we worked alongside accountants and architects. The first market we focused on was French architecture practices, where the document chase eats whole afternoons. The second was New Zealand accounting firms running monthly, two-monthly and annual cadences. The product works as well for any other firm that requests documents from clients — bookkeepers, tax pros, audit teams, mortgage brokers, professional services.
We invest in the boring parts other tools skip: SMS encoding so a reminder fits in one segment, AI validation so blank scans never reach you, recurring runs so monthly engagements run themselves, and Drive/OneDrive sync so files land where your team already works.
