All questions
- How much does RequestLoops cost?
- RequestLoops has three plans: Starter at $11/month, Pro at $22/month and Business at $57/month. Yearly billing saves about 22%. Pricing is per organisation, not per user.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. A credit card is required to start the trial; you can cancel any time before the trial ends to avoid charges.
- Can my whole team use RequestLoops?
- Yes. Starter supports 2 team members, Pro supports 10 and Business is unlimited. Team members share requests and usage limits within the same organisation.
- What does an active request count as?
- An active request is a request still collecting submissions and counting against the plan limit. Closed and archived requests do not count.
- Is RequestLoops GDPR-compliant?
- RequestLoops provides GDPR-aligned data handling: lawful basis tracked per workflow, retention defined per request, data subject rights supported. See the privacy policy for the full breakdown.
- Is RequestLoops compliant with the NZ Privacy Act?
- RequestLoops handles NZ Privacy Act principles around data minimisation, security and access. NZ-specific data residency is available via the Asia-Pacific region.
- Where is data stored?
- RequestLoops runs in two regions, FR and AP, with data stored in the region selected at signup. Backups are encrypted and retained for up to 90 days post-deletion.
- Does RequestLoops sync to Google Drive?
- Yes β Google Drive sync is included on every plan. Files land in folders organised by request and recipient.
- Does RequestLoops sync to OneDrive?
- Yes β OneDrive sync is included on Pro and Business plans.
- What are AI tokens and how are they counted?
- AI tokens are consumed by the AI form builder and the optional Carbon AI chatbot. Starter includes 500K tokens per month, Pro 2M and Business 10M. A short request typically uses a few thousand tokens.
- How do SMS reminders work and how are they billed?
- SMS reminders are sent via Brevo with GSM-7 transliteration. Starter includes 30 SMS/month, Pro 100, Business 300. SMS to non-GSM-7 destinations (such as Korean) cost more per message because of UCS-2 encoding.
- Does RequestLoops support SSO for team members?
- Team sign-in uses OAuth via Google and Microsoft. Recipient access is via tokenised portal links β no account needed. Enterprise SAML SSO is on the roadmap.
- Can I migrate from FileInvite, Content Snare or TaxDome?
- Yes. Most firms migrate by exporting their existing client list and recreating their request templates inside RequestLoops, then sending invites in batches. The team can help with onboarding for Pro and Business.
- Does RequestLoops do e-signatures?
- Yes β every request can include inline signature items. Signatures are captured in the portal alongside file uploads and structured fields, with timestamp and IP recorded.
- Is RequestLoops SOC 2 certified?
- RequestLoops is not currently SOC 2 certified. Security controls (encryption in transit and at rest, access control, audit logging, least-privilege) follow SOC 2-aligned practices. Contact us for a security questionnaire.
- Can recipients submit from mobile?
- Yes β the recipient portal is mobile-first and accepts both PDF uploads and direct photo capture from phone cameras.
