Mailgun

Mailgun is the email provider RequestLoops uses to send transactional email — reminders, portal access links, completion receipts — and to track opens.

Mailgun handles deliverability, SPF/DKIM/DMARC alignment, suppression lists and open tracking pixels. RequestLoops emails are sent from a verified sending domain per region.

Open tracking is used to inform reminder cadence: a recipient who has opened the request email recently is reminded less aggressively than one who has not.
