Client portal

A client portal is a branded web space where clients submit documents, sign, and check the status of a request — the alternative to managing it all through email.

Most modern document-collection workflows centre on a portal. The portal carries the firm’s brand, lists what is required, and accepts uploads, signatures and structured field input.

In RequestLoops, the portal is tokenised — every recipient gets a unique link and never has to create an account. The portal supports file uploads, inline e-signatures, structured fields, and an optional chatbot for recipient questions.

Portal access is governed by rate limiting and tokens that can be rotated. Submissions are encrypted at rest and synced to Drive or OneDrive after completion.
