Brevo

Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) is the SMS provider RequestLoops uses to send reminders to recipients via international SMS routing.

Brevo handles SMS delivery, encoding negotiation (GSM-7 vs UCS-2) and per-country rate optimisation. RequestLoops sends per-recipient SMS bodies with transliterated GSM-7 where possible.

Brevo is also a transactional email and marketing platform; RequestLoops only uses the SMS API.
